About Mitchell

Currently, I am a junior at Jacksonville State University majoring in communications with a concentration in digital journalism, minoring in psychology.

I work as a writer and reporter for Consolidated Publishing Co. with stories published in The Anniston Star, The Daily Home, and the St. Clair Times.

My reporting experience began with a correspondent role with The Chanticleer, JSU’s student-run news publication where I began covering sports.

With three years of experience writing and reporting, hundreds of games, stories, and signings covered, I’m eager to continue developing my skills while gaining experience.
